The 2018 St. Louis Center Car Show is now entering its sixth year of high octane fun and entertainment.

As in years past, more than 100 show cars and trucks are expected to be available for viewing on the grounds of St. Louis Center on Sunday, Sept. 16, and they include everything from Model T’s, to Rat Rods, Roadsters and Race Cars. Specialty vehicles like fire trucks and other large utility vehicles have made past appearances, along with brand new cars that have just rolled off the assembly lines.

Vehicle registration runs from 9 a.m. to noon, general admission for spectators begins at 10 a.m., and the awards program will take place at 3 p.m. The cost to enter a car or truck into the judging is $15, and free-will donations will be accepted at the entrance for general viewing.

Special guests include “Bubba” from W4 Country, who will select his favorite car for an award, and Jean Jennings from “Jean Knows Cars,” who will chair a panel of celebrity judges. Jerry Martell will be the guest DJ playing his favorite tunes from the 50’s and 60’s throughout the morning and afternoon, and a continental breakfast and lunch will be available for purchase.

St. Louis Center provides residential care homes for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and is located at 16195 Old US-12, five miles west of Chelsea and two miles west of the I-94/Pierce Road exit.
