The 8th Annual North Lake Cemetery Walk will be Sunday, Sept. 16, from 2-3:30 p.m.
Meet at the North Lake United Methodist Church, 14111 N. Territorial Road, and you will be transported to the cemetery.
A golf cart will be available at the cemetery to aid those who prefer not to walk to the different presentations.
You will meet Judson Collins (first Methodist missionary to China); Herman Hudson; Luella Mapes (first wife of Samuel Mapes, founder of one of Chelsea’s funeral homes); and a resident of the North Lake area for 95 years, Florence Boyce. Rain or shine.
