On Monday, Sept. 18, the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will begin soil boring on Dexter-Chelsea Road between Freer and Fletcher Roads in Lima Township.
Motorists can expect delays due to a flagging operation and lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The road work is expected to take approximately six days. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
