This is the time of year to continue to enjoy the many vegetables of late summer as well as autumn produce.
The Chelsea outdoor farmers markets run through the end of October.
Corn, tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, carrots, potatoes, and onions are just some of the vegetables you’ll find at the Wednesday market this week, along with a variety of pumpkins and gourds.
Apples and apple cider, raspberries, grapes, plums, and pears will also be available.
Visit Deborah Bliss, who will be selling Smiling Jim’s wide selection of organic, low sodium seasonings. Ask her about the new Greek seasoning.
Stop by the Smokey Michigan food truck for a made to order lunch.
Fresh baked goods, olive oil, jam, and crafts will also be for sale.
The Wednesday market runs from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and is located in the parking lot of Chelsea State Bank, 1010 S. Main St., at the corner of M-52 and Old US-12.
