The American Red Cross is in dire need of donors. Five hundred blood drives throughout many states have been canceled due to Hurricane Florence.
The Red Cross is reaching out to as many states as possible in search of donors. The Chelsea First United Methodist Church has a blood drive scheduled for Sept. 20 from 7 a.m. – 6:45 p.m. You can walk-in or you can schedule an appointment through www.redcrossblood.org.
If you can’t make that day, check the website for surrounding places that have blood drives.
