Local storyteller Steve Daut will present his program, The Storied Life of Mark Twain, on Friday, Sept. 27, at 8:00 pm at the Ypsilanti Performance Space, 218 N. Adams, Ypsilanti.
Doors open at 7:30 p.m., and Daut’s Book, Telling Twain, will be available for sale.
This program presents a behind-the-scenes look at Mark Twain’s life and stories. It melds both history and storytelling to give listeners a glimpse of the man behind the iconic figure, revealing events of the time, and the personal struggles that sparked some of his stories.
The cost is $15, with tickets available at ypsi.org/events.
