Thanks for the information, but the deadline is TODAY, June 10. I went to the site immediately–the survey only takes about 10 minutes.
Thank goodness the Update shared this! I left a message at the phone number of the person who released this notice (after being routed to other numbers) PLEASE call one of the numbers too — the state needs to know that they need to extend/re-open this survey. Just so disappointing. 4 days is not enough time (even in normal circumstances) for a survey of this import, not to mention to accomodate what is needed to help older people and those with disabilities access an online only survey. It is almost laughable, so I assume there must have been some kind of error. Perhaps this was a required survey with a deadline set by another entity but if not let’s extend it so we can get real info!
