(Chelsea Update would like to thank Hank Muir for the information in this story.)
I think Comcast sends Chelsea Update to the recipient’s Spam file – probably because it is sent to a large number of people.
Here are my suggestions to people who experience this:
- Open your Spam file; it is below your Inbox.
- If you see a Chelsea Update in the Spam file, check the box to the left of it.
- Look for a picture of an envelope near the top of the screen. If you click on it, it will say “not Spam” and move that email to your Inbox.
- It may also let Comcast know to stop sending it to your Spam file, although you might have to do this more than once.
