Transition Town Chelsea will hold its free May potluck tonight, May 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Chelsea Senior Center.
Dave Friedrichs will speak with the group about home solar installations, including information about cost, payback, and how to design a solar power system for maximum effectiveness here in Michigan.
Friedrichs “comes to us from his company Homeland Builders Group with extensive experience in residential building and renewable energy installation,” according to information about the event. And, he will be sharing general knowledge on the subject, not limited to his own company’s services.
The potluck portion starts at 6:30, and the talk will begin at about 7:15 p.m.
If coming to the potluck portion, please bring a dish to pass and your own place settings — entrees, appetizers, and desserts are all well appreciated.
