Undefeated Chelsea freshman football blanks Tecumseh, 34-0

The Chelsea freshman football team traveled to Tecumseh Thursday night and won by a score of 34-0, which moved the team’s record to 7-0.

Corbin Steele intercepted a pass on the opening drive and returned it to the 4-yard line. Two plays later, Chase Kemp scored on a 1-yard QB sneak.

Early in the second quarter, Tyler Valik scored on a 25-yard run and Joe Taylor followed that up with a 25-yard TD run himself.

Late in the first half, Taylor took a screen pass 70 yards for a score, which made it 27-0 at the half.

A.J. Tokarski added a 35-yard touchdown run to close the scoring for the Bulldogs.

Corbin Steele, Tyler Walgren, and Hunter Ferry led the Bulldog defense as they shut down the Indian offense. 

Chelsea next plays at Holt on Thursday.
