Everyone’s invited to a joint service of the St. Paul United Church of Christ and the First Congregational Church of Chelsea on Sunday, Sept. 29 at noon at St. Paul UCC, which includes a pie and cake fundraiser.

The church is located at 14600 Old US-12 and will be head rain or shine.

This outdoor worship service will be followed by a German meal, including German potato salad, sauerkraut & knoeffles, bratwurst and beverages.

Live polka music and old-fashioned games are being planned.

In addition, there will be a pie and cake auction fundraiser with proceeds donated to Faith in Action and Luke Heumann‘s Eagle Scout project honoring Joel Gentz.

This is the second year that the two congregations have joined to “Unite in Worship and Unite in Spirit.” Free-will offering will be collected with a portion of the proceeds being donated to Faith in Action.

Contact St. Paul UCC at 475-2545 or First Congregational UCC at 475-1844 for more information.
