Is it just me or has there been a major decline in the quality of work done by WCRC?
I’d be embarrassed to admit it if I were involved in the Waterloo Rd. project.
Chip seal is a horrible option, and only as good as the road surface under it. When applied over poorly done patchwork repaving that’s full of humps, bumps, and edge traps, chip seal follows the same contours and defects.
WCRC is the worst at it.
