Have you heard that Wesley’s Catering is hosting a ‘Winter Blast’ – food and entertainment with a French bistro themed menu– at Inverness Country Club on March 8?
There will be live dueling piano performances by Pianos On Fire, appetizers and a full buffet style dinner.

Hors D’oeuvre:
• Cheese Fondue Station – with Assorted Meats, Veggies and Bread
• Duck Rillette – Served on a Crostini With Apple Cranberry Chutney.
• French Onion Blue Cheese Tartletts – Puff Pastry Rounds filled with Caramelized Onions braised with Cognac and Beef Stock Topped with Blue Cheese and Baked Golden Brown
• Kalamata Olive Tapenade – Served with Garlic Bread Rounds
Dinner Menu:
• Homemade Herb Rolls
• Iceberg Wedge – Served with Bacon, Chopped Eggs, Housemade Herbed Croutons, Drizzled with Roquefort Dressing
• Steak Au Poivre – Peppercorn and Coriander Encrusted Beef Tenderloin Grilled and Finished with a Cognac Cream Sauce.
• Coq au Vin – Chicken Braised in Red Wine with Bacon. Served with Mushrooms and Pearl Onions.
• Dauphiné Potato Gratin – Thinly sliced Potatoes Layered with Cream, Gruyère, White Cheddar, Leeks & Garlic.
• Haricot Vert – French Green Beans Sautéed with Olive Oil, Tomatoes & Garlic. Finished with Fresh Basil.
Dessert Menu
• Chocolate Fountain – with assorted fruits and other surprises.
The reservation headline is Tuesday, March 5, so reserve your spot now as seating is limited. Tickets are $40 for individuals and $75 for a couple and it is a BYOB event.
