The Washtenaw Whippets field hockey team played a great game against Ann Arbor Huron, which ended in a 0-0 tie. A shutout on both sides, and the Whippets are thrilled. In four years, the team’s gone from extreme deficits to this highly competitive scenario.
The Whippets played with heart and skill and had five shots on goal.
