If you were looking for the recycling bins that used to be located in the Chelsea Lanes parking lot, they now have moved to their permanent location on Old Manchester Road.
The Western Washtenaw Recycling Authority secured a piece of land just across the road from the Chelsea Community Fairgrounds parking entrance and the bins are lined up there.
