Below are the results of Wednesday’s Beach Middle School volleyball games.

7th grade gold
The 7th grade gold volleyball team faced Monroe last night and took the first game 25-22 with exceptional serving from Bailee Reames and Rachel Bareis.

They won the second game 25-12 with great plays from Maddie Dunlap and serves from Natalie Bareis and Emma Zocharski. The girls played a tough third game and won 26-24 thanks to great serves from Laura Koch and plays from Bailee, Natalie and McKenna Lamb.

7th grade blue
The 7th grade blue volleyball team lost their match against Monroe Wednesday night. The scores were 19-25, 16-25, and 11-25. May Dever had a 5-point serving run with 2 aces. Sierra Martinez-Kratz had a 5 point serving run with 2 aces while Morgan Majeske, Ruby Heydlauff, and Lauren Allison each added an ace for the Bulldogs.

8th grade blue
The 8th grade blue volleyball team put up a tough fight against Monroe last night. They lost their first game 8-25, won their second game 25-15, and lost the last game 11-25.

Ciena Ratliff had a 5-point service run with one ace, while Brynn Vandegrift added two aces for the Bulldogs. Mya Long and Kiersten Anstead both had a kill.

8th grade gold
The 8th grade gold volleyball team had an awesome win over Monroe yesterday winning the first two games 25-23, 30-28 and fighting hard in the third but fell short, 15-25.

The Dawgs were down in the first but rallied on 7 serves from Melina Almheimid and 5 from Olivia Beauchamp. Grace Suntheimer was on fire with 4 hits, 3 of them kills.

The second game was a heart stopper going to extra points. Emma McDonald, Rachel Kozminski, and Cassidy Tokarski helped with solid serving while Abbie Blough played her strongest game of the season. Great effort continued in the third game with digs and saves from Abbie Shore and Izzy Gurganus. Kayla Sweeny hit 3 serves in a row to help the effort. Great effort and congrats to everyone. It was a great team win.
