March 17: Chelsea Education Foundation gala and auction

In celebration of our 27th year of service to the Chelsea community, the Chelsea Education Foundation Gala and Auction Fundraiser will be held on Friday, March 17 at Weber’s Inn in Ann Arbor.

The Foundation would like to extend an invitation to all to join us in supporting educational programs in Chelsea while enjoying a delicious strolling dinner, open bar and an expansive lineup of live and silent auction items. 

New this year is the opportunity to view and bid on the auction items online prior to the event at www.32auctions.com/ CEF2017GalaAuction.

This includes travel and vacation packages, entertainment and restaurants in our area, and many wonderful items donated by Chelsea-area merchants, artists and businesses. The money raised through this event directly supports the work of the Chelsea Education Foundation and is our primary fundraising event in support of our grant program. Thanks to a successful fundraising gala last year, CEF is proud to have recently funded 21 grant requests totaling over $20,000 to support educational experiences for Chelsea students.

The Chelsea Education Foundation Gala and Auction Fundraiser will take place on March 17 from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at Weber’s Inn, 300 Jackson Road.

The Chelsea Education Foundation is a 501c3 and provides grants to educators and scholarships to students. Organized in 1991, as a non-profit, tax-exempt, all volunteer organization, CEF was created to provide a link between school, business and community to help strengthen Chelsea’s future.
