The National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for snow, which is in effect from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday.
HAZARDOUS WEATHER
* Light snow will overspread southeastern Michigan after 6 a.m. and continue throughout much of the day on Monday.
* A widespread 2 to 4 inches is expected across the area with the highest amounts, of 4 inches, generally along and south of the Interstate 94 corridor. IMPACTS…
* Roadways will become snow covered and slippery during the morning commute.
* With cold surface temperatures, the evening commute is also expected to be impacted.
