Special half-time event planned for football game Friday

One contestant. One kick. One incredible prize.

Chelsea Chevrolet is proud to bring the “Flatbed Fieldgoal Challenge” to Chelsea High School during which one lucky contestant will have the chance to win a new Chevrolet Silverado or $20,000.

Chelsea Chevrolet is challenging one lucky, randomly chosen contestant to kick or punt a football into the bed of a Chevrolet Silverado during halftime of the Chelsea vs. Dexter varsity Football game tonight, Friday, Oct. 12th.

If the ball lands and stays in the truck bed, the contestant wins the truck or $20,000 cash.

Raffle tickets will be available leading up to kickoff. The cost is $2 for 1 ticket, or $5 for 3 tickets, and the high school will keep all profits from the ticket sales. In addition, after the halftime kick, Chelsea Chevrolet, as a member of the Metro Detroit Chevy Dealers, will present the high school with a check for $1,000.

The lucky contestant will be chosen from a random drawing of all eligible raffle entrants and announced after the first quarter of the game. If the contestant fails in the kick attempt, he or she will not walk away empty-handed. Instead, this person will receive a $100 Visa gift card from Chelsea Chevrolet.
