Jan. 20: Washtenaw County Conservation District Annual Meeting, Ballots Available

The Washtenaw County Conservation District (WCCD), will host an annual meeting and election for three district directors on Thursday, Jan. 20, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at Robin Hills Farm Event Center, 20390 Stockbridge Chelsea Road.

Beginning Dec. 6, absentee ballots will be available for voting in this election at the Conservation District Office located at, 705 N. Zeeb Road, Suite 201, Ann Arbor, during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., by e-mailing to or calling the District Office at (734) 302-8715, [email protected].

Residents of legal age who can demonstrate residency in the Conservation District by one (1) piece of identification are eligible to vote in this election.

Candidates for the director positions include: Howard Sias, Shannon Brines, Hannah Weber and Matt Nolan.
