On Tuesday, May 24, the Chelsea softball team competed in a single SEC crossover game with Pioneer High School.
The Bulldogs took an early 5-run lead and went on to dominate Pioneer 12-0 in a 5-inning game.
Offensively, the Bulldogs were led by Bekah Zachrich and Megan McCalla who both went 2-for-3 at the plate. Emilee Underwood earned her 16th the win of the season throwing a 1-hit shutout, striking out 7 in five innings of work.
With the win, the Bulldogs run their record to 28-3 on the season.
