Chelsea Rec: ‘Sporties for Shorties’ T-ball on tap

Chelsea Recreation

Chelsea Recreation’s “Sporties for Shorties” program, a series of sport specific programs that focus on learning the different skills necessary, will feature T-ball later this month.

This is a program for both child and parent as they participate together, and parents will learn the correct way to perform each skill so that he or she can work with the child at home.

The program is for kids ages 3-5 years and parent or other adult, and will take place on Wednesdays from May 29 through June 26 from either 5:30-6:15 p.m. or 6:30-7:15 p.m.  (Class times may be combined depending on registration numbers.)

This T-ball program takes place at the Pierce Lake soccer fields at the corner of Old US-12 and Freer Road. The cost is $50 and the deadline to register is May 28.
