Savanna Burchett named Chelsea Community Fair Queen

Chelsea’s Savanna Burchett, daughter of Harold and Becky Burchett, was named Chelsea Community Fair Queen Friday night.

She also won the talent portion of the fair queen contest performing aerial silks to music, a combination of dance and gymnastics suspended above the ground while hanging from fabric. Her sponsor was Choice Home Designs.

First runner-up was Katie Kuebler, also of Chelsea, daughter of Darryl and Kolleen Kuebler, who sang beautifully and played the ukulele. Her sponsor was Thompson’s Pizza. 

Second runner-up, also from Chelsea, was Lauren Baker, daughter of Steve and Sarah Baker. her sponsor was Gigi’s Flowers and Gifts.

Outgoing queen is Alissa Trinkle, daughter of Tony and Julie Trinkle, of Dexter.
