(Chelsea Update would like to thank Kathy Claflin for the information in this story and Waterloo Natural History Association for sponsoring this event.)
On Sunday, April 15 from 2-3:30 p.m. take a spring waterfowl tour through the Waterloo Recreation area.
This program offers you an opportunity to see and identify the many ducks and other waterfowl that migrate north every spring. Following a short introduction, we will drive to nearby lakes and ponds to view these beautiful birds using binoculars and a spotting scope.
Bring your own binoculars if you have them, and dress for the weather.
Cost: $2/person or $5/family.
Eddy Discovery Center, 17030 Bush Road in Sylvan Township.
Advance registration requested at 734-475-3170.
