Arbor Hospice Hearts of Remembrance fundraiser

hearts-pic-2016(Chelsea Update would like to thank James Youness for the information in this story. Although outside of Chelsea, I know a number of people who live in this community who have also used the services of Arbor Hospice for loved ones.)

Are you interested in receiving a unique and thoughtful gift for a loved one by donating to a charity that has been involved with the Ann Arbor community for more than 30 years?

Arbor Hospice is providing an awesome opportunity to do just that by crafting Hearts of Remembrance for the holiday season. The fabric heart ornaments are gifted to honor loved ones and special people in your life and have been created for more than 25 years, incorporating different unique designs every year.

The hearts make a perfect gift for family members and benefit a non-profit organization that has been making a difference in the Ann Arbor area for more than 30 holiday seasons.

All proceeds will go to the Arbor Hospice Foundation to support important programs that benefit patients and their families. The hearts are available for purchase online and in person, and qualify as a tax-deductible item.

This year’s design features a lovely basket of colorful flowers on a light background with rigid edges.

Hearts of Remembrance are available for a tax-deductible donation of $25 or more online at www.arborhospice.org  or by phone at 734-794-5120.

The hearts can also be purchased at Arbor Hospice, at 2366 Oak Valley Drive in Ann Arbor.
