At the Bushel Basket on Wednesday, June 11

strawberries

There’s a very good chance that there will be strawberries this week from Kapnick Orchards, so be sure to get to the market early. The market takes place from 2:30-6 p.m. in the back of the Professional Building parking lot across from the Chelsea Wellness Center.

Events for this week include “Kid Friendly Veggies” an educational program by Tantre Farm. Learn about where food comes from in a fun, kid-friendly format. Fresh, seasonal veggies will be served in a variety of ways for taste tests. Stop by to vote for your favorites, collect recipes, or just say hello. Demonstrations will be hourly.
