(Publisher’s note: Although this latest report of a home being broken into happened in Manchester Village, I’m seeing more and more reports home invasions in the surrounding area in last three months. Please be aware that these crimes are taking place, lock your doors, and report anything suspicious to the police.)
The Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office reported that there was a home invasion in the 100 block of Hibbard in Manchester Village.
According to the press release, on Sept. 11, deputies responded to a report of a home invasion, which had occurred sometime during the day.
The suspect forced open a door to the home and then stole an iPad, camcorder and keyboard.
There are no suspects at this time.
