Downtown Chelsea welcomed a new massage therapy business to the area during a ribbon cutting ceremony Feb. 9.

Alison Buss, a licensed massage therapist, who has been practicing massage for more than five years in Brighton, owns Restore Wellness, located at 300 N. Main St. in downtown Chelsea. She moved to Grass Lake last summer and opened her new business Jan. 3.

Restore Wellness offers both Deep Tissue Massage and Swedish Massage. Buss says the benefits include greater energy and concentration, increased circulation and sleep quality, and reduced fatigue and anxiety. She uses a holistic approach with treatments that help both the body and the mind.

“From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again,” said Buss. “I am also trained as a yoga instructor so if you have any questions regarding how to move the body don’t be afraid to ask.”

Buss suggests booking appointments online at https://restore-wellness.abmp.com.

To learn more, call Restore Wellness at 517-672-6632.
