Chelsea City Notice: Part-Time Maintenance Employee Sought

The City of Chelsea is accepting applications for a part-time maintenance position. Position requirements include: a high school education or higher; a valid Michigan Driver’s License with Chauffer’s License; and, background and understanding of basic repair, maintenance and construction activities.  

This employee will assist in park maintenance, sewer cleaning, snow plowing and weekly trash collection. 

Hourly rate range is $16.38 – $19.90 depending on qualifications.

A background check and complete physical exam—including drug and alcohol testing—is a required part of the hiring process. Click here for a detailed job description.
