The Chelsea Downtown Development Authority plans to do things a little differently in 2015 by scheduling a series of work sessions prior to the regular meetings to plan and discuss current and upcoming projects as well as talk about other downtown district issues.
The first of those work sessions is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 5 in the City Council Chambers in the new Municipal Building at 7:30 a.m. Generally, the meetings last an hour.
The regular February meeting will take place on Feb. 19, and those are where the votes take place.
Also planned are work sessions on March 5, April 2, May 7, Sept. 3, Oct. 1 and Nov. 5.
The regular meetings are scheduled for:
- March 19
- April 16
- May 21
- June 18
- July 16
- Aug. 20
- Sept. 17
- Oct. 15
- Nov. 19
- Dec. 17
