The Washtenaw County Office Community and Economic Development (OCED) recently released a report detailing activities from January 2019 through August 2020.
The report includes a summary of programs, initiatives, and community investments across the 20-month period.
“This report showcases our 2019 highlights, while also offering an update on our spring and summer COVID-19 response efforts,” said OCED Director Teresa Gillotti in a press release.
“This combined look reminds us that challenges present before COVID-19, particularly the racial and geographic disparities in Washtenaw County, have only been exacerbated. We are committed to continuing our work with the community to address needs during the pandemic and improve existing systems moving forward,” she said.
