The Chelsea Downtown Development Authority is getting 2015 started with a work session to review the current budget and current and future projects on Thursday, Jan. 8 beginning at 8 a.m. in the City Council chambers in the new municipal building.
Included on the agenda is:
- an update on the current fiscal year budget and future budget projections.
- a review of the current projects that are underway
- a discussion of the downtown stamped crosswalk and fence installation of a fence along the railroad tracks, which have not been scheduled
- a look at the next steps for the Palmer lot
- a discussion of downtown parking
- a look at possible future projects
- meeting and work session schedule for 2015
And, keep in mind that voting does not take place at work sessions.
