Strawberries have arrived at the Chelsea Farmers Markets. Visit the Wednesday market this week to enjoy the fresh berries.

The market is at the Chelsea State Bank parking lot, located at 1010 S. Main St., near the corner of Old US-12 and M-52. It runs from 1-5 p.m.

You’ll also find locally grown asparagus, rhubarb, salad greens, mushrooms, and more.

There will be a large selection of plants-vegetable, herbs, perennials, and annuals as well as colorful hanging baskets.

Cheese, eggs, and honey will be available as well as locally baked breads, cakes, and cookies.

Look for pottery, jewelry, birdhouses and more made by local artisans.

For anyone who prefers to order online, that option will continue for Saturday pickup only. Just go to www.chelseafarmersmkt.org and click on the Open Food Online Network to shop. Orders can be picked up Saturdays at Palmer Commons between 10 a.m.-noon.
