Current Sylvan Township Supervisor Kathleen Kennedy and current Township Clerk Amanda Nimke, both Democrats, won their races Tuesday according to unofficial results from Washtenaw County.
Kennedy had 1,226 votes to challenger Scott Cooper‘s 827 votes in the supervisor race, while Nimke garnered 1,304 votes to Trenda Eversole‘s 730 votes in the clerk’s race.
