Walter John Rogacki of Jackson, age 87, died peacefully Monday, June 15, 2015 at Bethany Care Home in Jackson, Michigan.
He was born June 20, 1927 in Buffalo, New York, the son of Valentin and Wladyslava (Krzyrzaniak) Rogacki.
Walter was a member of the Catholic Church. He served in the South Pacific in the United States Navy during WWII. He also served in the Korean Conflict. Walter was a former member of the DePew VFW Post. He was a laborer in the steel industry. Walter’s biggest hobby was art, he continued to sketch and paint throughout his whole life.
