Registration for Girls on the Run ends on Feb. 17 and the program is taking place at South Meadows Elementary School and is open to all 3rd – 5th grade girls.
The program will meet after school on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:15 – 4:45 p.m., from March 13-May 26.
All registered participants will receive a healthy snack at each lesson, along with a program t-shirt and water bottle, a parent guide book and entry into the incredible Girls on the Run 5k on Sunday, May 21 at the University of Michigan. (All students, staff and families are welcome to run/walk with the girls.).
Girls on the Run’s curriculum-based program is much more than a running program.
