Second annual ‘Taste of Chelsea’ benefits St. Louis Center

Get ready for the 2nd Annual Taste of Chelsea, on Oct. 6 at 5:30-8 p.m. at St. Mary Church Parish Center, which will benefit the St. Louis Center in Sylvan Township.

It’s a “culinary extravaganza showcasing Chelsea’s dining community,” according to information about the event, which will help raise operating funds for the center, which serves the developmentally disabled.

This year, 22 restaurants, cafes and caterers will provide a ‘taste’ of their specialties to our guests, so people are told to “come hungry.”

Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 at the door. People 65 and older get a $5 discount and those under 5 years old are free.

The church is located at 14200 East Old Highway 12.

To register, click here or call the St. Louis Center at 734-475-8430.
