Sept. 30: 10th annual Harvest Art Market

Silver Maples of Chelsea will be hosting its 10th annual Harvest Art Market on Saturday, Sept. 30 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at 100 Silver Maples Dr.

It’s the best little art market west of Ann Arbor and east of Kalamazoo. The market specializes in a “market mix” of great wares created by more than 20 wonderful artisans.

This indoor market features a variety of media including vintage fare and folk art, glass and mosaics, watercolor, pottery, mixed media, funky and fashion jewelry, fiber art, and photography. Not to mention a fabulous bake sale with a variety of cookies, brownies, cakes, and breads.

Plus, there’s free admission.

This event, coordinated by the Art Committee at Silver Maples, was started to bring some of the art and experience of the Ann Arbor Art Fair to Chelsea, without having to deal with the hassle of traffic, parking, and heat. The market has grown into a destination and favorite day for artists and shoppers alike.

Plan to make the Harvest Art Market part of your day.
