There will be a discussion for parents of young children at Chelsea District Library on Saturday, March 23 from 11 a.m. to noon.
Titled “The Gift of Life: Nurturing Children with Nature” will take place in the McKune Room and is for families with young children.
The discussion will include ideas such as how we get our food has a big impact on our bodies, our communities, and our environment, what is good for our bodies is also good for the environment and for building trust in our communities.
“Giving our children the best, means taking small steps to incorporate as much health as possible into our lives,” according to the information.
This free event is sponsored by the Chrysalis Biodynamic Agricultural Learning Center.
