At the Saturday Farmers Market on Aug. 15

The Saturday Farmers Market takes place from 8 a.m.-noon on Aug. 15 at the Palmer parking lot.

(Please keep in mind that sometimes vendors have to miss market at the last minute due to emergencies.)

Below is a list of the vendors and what they expect to have for sale:

Kapnick Orchards: baked goods, nut butters, fudge, red raspberries, potatoes, blueberries, peaches, apricots, nectarines, plums, grapes, apples and apple cider.

Affeathermations: Seasonal creations and natural media, earthwork arts and crafts for ceremony or celebration. Weather permitting.

Country Hills Pottery: Wheel thrown functional pottery and a variety of unusual gifts. Weather permitting.

Debbie’s Bead Design: Fun woven and strung beaded work including bracelets and ankle bracelets, earrings, necklaces and Swarovski beads.

Two Tracks Acres: Italian and breakfast sausage, fresh ham, eggs, kielbasa links.

Goetz Greenhouse: regular and fingerling potatoes, jalapeno, green and pablano peppers, sweet corn, curly kale, Swiss Chard, cabbage, garlic, broccoli, basil, zucchini, cucumbers, pickling cucumbers, carrots, onions, wax and green beans, cherry and hoop house tomatoes, red and golden beets, fresh flower bouquets, eggplant, musk and watermelons.

Frog Hollar Farms: corn, cabbage, peppers, green beans, radishes, beets, tomatoes, jalapenos, apples, plums, peaches.

Heim Gardens: herb starts, radishes, kohlrabi, broccoli, blueberries, onions, carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, yellow and green beans, cherry tomatoes, peppers, beets and corn.

Stonehearth Breads: Artisan breads made from scratch with no preservatives including apple cinnamon, peach pecan, bacon cheddar beer bread, and German sauerkraut; pepperoni rolls and Reuben rolls, cookies, buns, brownies.

LA Baguette: baguettes, boules, madeleines, brioche.

Zatkovich Pastures: 100 percent organic-fed, free range heritage breed chicken eggs, 100 percent pasture raised, organically fed chicken whole breasts, thighs, legs, wings, liver, feet.

Dancy’s Fancy Butter: Butters infused with fresh herbs and garlic, lemon pepper, pumpkin, honey and cinnamon, brown sugar and cinnamon. Maybe strawberry butter.

Bordine Farms: Dahlia plants, buy 2 get third free, flower bouquets in recycled containers.

Natural Fix Herbs: Natural and handmade herbal spas and herbal dream pillows, assorted feeders made from recycled materials.

Mama Mo: Vegan bean dip; 17 varieties of hummus, pesto, four types of seitan, and Ann Arbor Tortilla Factory chips.

Chandra June Handmade Jewelry: necklace, earrings with semiprecious stones.

Tantre Farm: Arugula, fava beans, green beans, Chioggia, golden and red beets, green broccoli, green cabbage, orange carrots, Swiss chard, collard greens, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic bulbs, numerous varieties of herbs, curly green, lacinato, Rainbow Lacinato, Red Russian and Siberian kale, leeks, loose leaf and head lettuce, purplet, Red Long of Tropea and summer onions, sweet green, maybe red, Jalapeno, Padron, Shishito peppers, Red Norland and Yukon gold potatoes, spinach, squash flowers, summer and patti pan squash, cherry, grape and heirloom tomatoes, watermelon, yellow and green zucchini.

Wild Apple Farms: soaps, herbal products, RUStic repurposed wood and metalwork, jams and jellies, herbal bread and muffins, garden produce, organic herbal bath bombs.

Huckleberry: tomatoes, green tomatoes, cucumbers, super sweet corn, almost pickle kits, zucchini, squash, fresh cut flowers.

Acme: handmade spiral bound journals, upcycled vintage label clipboards, upcycled children’s book journals, aprons, handmade “spoon” and “fork” racks, children’s wooden wall art hangers, 25-foot writing paper scrolls, stone coasters, novelty eraser packs and other handmade goodies.

Co-Creations: chicken, edible flowers, herbs, and massage, spinning and handspun yarn, organic eggs, recycled nature crafts.

Rulig’s Produce: corn, cucumbers, Swiss chard, kale, beets, patti pan squash, zucchini, collard greens, sun flowers, summer squash, round zucchini, kohlrabi, green beans, pickling cukes, broccoli, cut basil, cut cilantro, head lettuce, Tomatillos, green peppers, medium hot peppers, Jalapeño peppers, cherry bomb peppers, hot banana peppers, cabbage, slicing, cherry and grape tomatoes, peaches, heirloom tomatoes.

Elder Woods: birdhouses and bird feeders. Great Lakes stone bird houses and feeders each with a Petosky stone, solar light houses.

Dave’s Honey: raw honey – unheated, unfiltered, energy drink, beeswax, candles, propolois. Local bees from Saline.

Robin Hills Farms: summer squash, zucchini, tomatoes, Swiss chard, herbs, kale, cucumber, cabbage, spaghetti squash, rosemary, many varieties of tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers, eggplant, potatoes.
