Rise and shine if you are planning to attend Ladies Day and head over to the 83rd Annual Chelsea Community Fair on Aug.27.
Gates open at 7 a.m. for Ladies Day and admission is $5 for this event that begins at 9 a.m. in the Multi-Purpose Building.
Registration for Ladies Day begins at 8:30 a.m.
Aug. 27 is also military day and all current and former military get free admission all day with a military ID. It’s also Family Day where families get free admission from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Rides begin at noon.
Gates open at 10 a.m. for general admission and rides begin at noon.
The Nature’s Creation of Life barn is open all day.
The Merchant’s Barn opens at 11 a.m.
Bingo starts at 4 p.m. in the Knights of Columbus tent.
At 7 p.m., the fair queen competition begins in the Multi-Purpose Building and in the Main Arena, there will be a tractor pull.
Admission to the fair is $10 daily, children under 10 are free.
Parking is plentiful and free.
