(Publisher’s message: the two survey links have been corrected and are now part of this story.)
The Chelsea Human Rights Commission (HRC) is conducting a survey of interested individuals and organizations.
The purpose of the survey is to learn about residents’ perceptions of human rights priorities in Chelsea and what issues the community wants the HRC to work on. It will provide an opportunity for interested citizens to become involved with helping the HRC make the Chelsea community a better place to live for all of us.
The survey is short, with only seven questions. Responses may be anonymous, and individuals do not have to answer every question.
The survey can be completed on-line at the following links:

Paper surveys and collection boxes are available at the Chelsea City Offices, Chelsea District Library, Faith in Action, Chelsea Senior Center, Silver Maples, The Pine, Chelsea Retirement Center and Chelsea Wellness Center.
It will be conducted for two months, from April 16 through June 16.

Just a correction–the link for the online survey doesn’t work because there are underscores missing. The one on the City website is working, and that link is:
