Beach Middle School Swim and Dive 4th in Erie Mason Invite

The Beach Middle School swim and dive team finished in 4th place at the Erie Mason Invitational last weekend.

Diving was a big event for the Bulldogs with Mitchell Brown taking 1st place, Adrija Skiotys was 5th, and Lily Paddock finished 9th.

Other top 12 finishes were the 7th place medley relay team of Stephen Levine, Amelia Christie, Brown, and Beck Elandt and the 10th place team of Skiotys, Jack Leissner, Fiona Stoker and Owen Critchfield.

In the 200 freestyle, Riley Monahan was 3rd, and Bram Hartsuff dropped an incredible 17 seconds to take 8th place.

Brown placed 4th in the 100 IM and Elandt was 5th in the 50 freestyle.

In the 50 butterfly, Levine was 8th and Trilian Krug placed 12th.

Monahan was 3rd in the 100 freestyle and Joel Burke was 9th.

The 200 free relay team of Brown, Krug, Elandt and Monahan placed 3rd, the team of Critchfield, Caroline Knight, Christie and Burke was 10th and the team of Hartsuff, Stoker, Jenna Ouelllette and Sam Shooshanian was 11th.

Levine placed 8th in the 100 backstroke.

In the 400 free relay, the team of Krug, Levine, Burke and Monahan placed 5th, and Hartsuff, Ouellette, Knight and Critchfield combined for 9th place.

Other season best performances were turned in by Connor Zatkovich, Gus Alafita, Lily Thiry, Jake Ward, Rachel Hicken, Brennan Bagbey, Thomas Conlin, Gabriella Burgess, Lindsay Favre, Barrett Krueger, Misha McElrath, Marah Putnam, and Jonah Rogers.
