Beach Middle School volleyball season underway

7 Blue
7 Blue Volleyball Team lost a close one at Lincoln Monday night.

Kylie Beckel led the way with 7 service points and played great defense. Alaina James and Ellie Kuck each served 5 points, Emily White 4 and Jazmine Ropp 1.

7 Gold
7 Gold Volleyball played a competitive match vs the Pinckney Pirates, losing 26-24 in the 3rd set.

Maggie McKale led the team with strong serving including multiple aces and 7 points in a row. Madeline McKale contributed with multiple serves over the net along with good consistent passing. Shea Hephner covered the court nicely and also had good work at the net.

8 Blue
8 Blue Volleyball started their season off taking all 3 matches from Lincoln.

Leading servers for the Bulldogs were Meghan Bareis, Addie McCarthy, Gabriella Basar.

8 Gold
8 Gold Volleyball won their season opener against Pinckney Monday.

Leading the night in serving was Jenna Ouellette. She served 8 straight in the 2nd game and 15 straight in the third to seal the win.

Other highlights included aggressive net play from Sasha French and Grace Ratliff.
