Beach Middle School Wrestlers Win 29 matches at SEC Jamboree

The Beach Middle School Wrestling team wrestled in the end of the season SEC Jamboree Thursday at Saline High School. The team did great winning 29 out of 38 matches.

Antonio Reisinger was able to come from behind against his opponent from Lincoln and earn a second period fall. The other match that stood out was by Keaton Hunter who was able to get a takedown in overtime to get a 7-5 victory over his opponent from Jackson.

Other wrestlers to win at least one match were Emerson Kiebler, Collin Beckel, Kyle Grifka, Savannah Burk, T Hephner, Sam Clifton, Hunter Murphy, Landon Conley, Nick Schultz, Xander Kemner, Leo Alafita, Jeffrey Geer, Logan Holzhausen, Sam Forehand, Kaiden McClanahan, Quinton Carradine, Cooper Adams, Caleb Fitch, and Ethan Fody.

The wrestler’s final competition of the season will be Saturday, Feb. 25 in Jackson at the Jr. JAWS Invitational.
