Lisa Olszewski, a Chelsea doctor of chiropractic who owns Precision Spinal Care, was recently named the Michigan Association of Chiropractors’ (MAC) “Rising Star” for 2012.
The award is given “in appreciation of members who are stepping above and beyond for the chiropractic profession by taking on leadership roles,” according to the press release.
She represents District 4 (which includes Washtenaw County) on the MAC Board of Directors.
A Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate, Olszewski was the first student from the school elected as National Chairperson of the Student American Chiropractic Association (SACA). In addition, she was previously named the 2002 “Member of the Year” (SACA), received the John Connolly Memorial Award (Outstanding Graduate) (Palmer College), and the 2002-2003 Member of the Year (Palmer Student ACA).
Olszewski is also an active member of the American Chiropractic Association and National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association.
Locally, she is a member of the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce and the Chelsea BNI Chapter.
