On Feb. 11, from 7-8:30 p.m., chocolate lovers will enjoy the Healthy Baking and Treats class featuring easy chocolate dessert ideas made without using butter, milk, or eggs. Taught by Vicki Brett-Gach, a Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Personal Chef, the class will offer basic knowledge about vegan baking as well.   This demonstration class will offer tastings of items like Chocolate Valentine Cupcakes, Homemade Chocolate Pudding, and Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows (all made without eggs or dairy products). Fee is $15 and registration is open until Feb 7. Class will be held at 128 Park St.

Volunteering opportunities
Chelsea Community Kitchen welcomes volunteers for its activities. Check us out at our Volunteer Open House on Feb. 2, 7-8:30 pm. Meet Board members and other volunteers and find out how you can get involved. We’ll have some yummy treats. Contact CCK for more information and the location.
