The 2023 Chelsea Planning Commission meeting calendar was approved at the Dec. 20 meeting of the commission.
Below is the schedule of work sessions and meetings for each month in 2023:
1/10/23 (2nd Tues) and 1/24/23 (4th Tues)
2/7/23 and 2/22/23 (Weds)
3/7/23 and 3/21/23
4/4/23 and 4/18/23
5/2/23 and 5/16/23
6/6/23 and 6/20/23
7/11/23 (2nd Tues) and 7/18/23
8/1/23 and 8/15/23
9/6/23 (Weds) and 9/19/23
10/3/23 and 10/17/23
11/7/23 and 11/21/23
12/5/23 and 12/19/23
Community Development Director Adrianna Jordan also spoke at the meeting about some of the agenda items the planning commission will consider in the new year. They include: The final PUD for the Glen at Westchester Farms, a public hearing about the Heritage Farms Development PUD, as well as work sessions on children’s play structure and food truck ordinances.
There is currently a vacancy on the Chelsea Planning Commission.
