The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association honored Albion College juniors Jake Burris and Nate Kozycki with its athletes of the week awards in men’s swimming and diving.
Burris, from Chelsea, achieved the fourth-highest 3-meter score by a Division III diver this season with his 453.55 total at the Phoenix Fall Classic last weekend. He also achieved a 453.05 total in the 1-meter competition.
Albion will return to competition Dec. 1-2 in an invitational meet at Eastern Michigan University.
