Did you know Wines on Main has a bourbon club?

Wines on Main invites adults to join its Bourbon Club.

Enjoy a great evening of down time, relax while the bourbon takes over the wine bar on Tuesday, Nov. 20 and Tuesday, Dec. 18.

Bourbon, whose name comes from an area known as “Old Bourbon” in Kentucky, is a whiskey that’s distilled from corn. For a whiskey to be considered bourbon, the grain mash must be at least 51 percent corn. On top of that, by law the mixture must be stored in charred oak containers and Occasionally, other woods such as maple, hickory, and a host of others are used for aging whiskey. It Cannot contain any additives.

Enjoy a unique variety of whiskey and bourbon from 7-9 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month at the store’s 110 N. Main St. location.

Four tastings are $35, then you choose a pour from one of the four. (One shot is included.)
